Questions about trading VPS.

The VPS runs in a Tier III datacenter in São Paulo, the same region as B3, closer to the exchange than a server abroad. We do not publish a latency number because it depends on your broker and the route to it.
Yes. The VPS comes with Windows Server and administrator access, and you install the platforms you use: MetaTrader 4 and 5, Profit, BlackArrow, Tryd or any other that runs on Windows.
You control that. With administrator access, you decide when Windows installs updates and when it restarts, and you can leave it all for after the trading session.
The VPS is delivered with Windows ready. Installing and configuring the platforms is up to you, and support helps if you get stuck at any point.
In the panel, you restart the VPS and open the console right away, without waiting for anyone. If you need the team, open a ticket: support works during business hours. Infrastructure issues show up on the status page.
Yes. In the panel, you pick a larger plan and pay only the prorated difference. Your data, configuration and IP stay the same; the VPS may need a restart to apply the new resources.
On your first purchase, you can cancel within 7 days on monthly plans and within 30 days on quarterly, semiannual and annual plans, and get your money back. Just open a ticket in the customer area.
